Located in North Snohomish county, Gleneagle neighborhood is a thriving community of over 600 homes, which include single family and condo properties. The neighborhood is well established with an active and involved board of directors. Many homes back to the Gleneagle Golf Course, which is privately run and operated.

The Pioneer Elementary school is conveniently located within walking distance of Gleneagle. Across Highway 9, the newer Arlington High School is also just a short drive away. Homes range from about 1100 square feet to well over 3500. Lots are on average about 6-7000 square feet. There is easy access to many amenities that Smokey Point and downtown Arlington has to offer, as well as Highway 9 and I-5.
