GOAL: Marketing. (Not just a sign and the NWMLS.)

ACTION: Not only use the traditional forms of Marketing, but I use Websites and Social Media, plus touring other homes available in the area and meeting with Other active Brokers, in addition to the syndication of websites.

GOAL: Work with Professional Broker and Brokerage.

I work diligently and hard for you, from setting the price, negotiating the offer, coordinating financing, and following the transaction to closing.
